About Our Service
EthiopianTours.com provides travel information, trip planning assistance, and connections to licensed local tour operators in Ethiopia. Submitting an inquiry through our website does not constitute a booking until confirmed in writing.
Bookings & Payments
Tour bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified in your trip proposal. Prices are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise stated and may change due to exchange rate fluctuations, park fee adjustments, or other factors beyond our control until your booking is confirmed.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation terms vary by tour and operator and will be specified in your booking confirmation. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation.
Travel Documents & Health
You are responsible for ensuring your passport, visa, vaccinations, and other travel documents are valid for travel to Ethiopia. Entry requirements can change; check current requirements before departure.
Travel Advisories
Travel conditions in Ethiopia can change. We recommend reviewing your government's current travel advisory for Ethiopia before booking and before departure. Certain regions may be subject to travel warnings; we will advise you honestly about which itineraries are currently operating safely.
Liability
While we work only with experienced local operators, adventure travel in Ethiopia involves inherent risks. EthiopianTours.com acts as an intermediary connecting you with local service providers and is not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party operators, nor for events beyond our reasonable control including weather, political developments, or health emergencies.
